In my research, I investigate how narratives are produced, mediated, and circulated, as well as their material and ideological effects. My practice explores the logic of acquisition and obsolescence, grounded in the collecting, accumulation, and cataloging of ordinary, everyday materials such as packaging, pamphlets, magazines, and newspapers.

I am interested in things designed to be consumed quickly, replaced or thrown away, and in the cultural and social meanings they continue to carry even after their original function has ended. Rather than treating them as neutral documents, I examine how their words, images and physical qualities preserve evidence of collective habits, commercial desires and recent histories.

Since the pandemic, the printed newspaper has occupied a central place in my research. I collect and catalogue daily editions, separating headlines, charts and images which I organize according to date, source and recurring subjects. Different bodies of work originate from this growing archive.
